Tiffany Henderson has more than 26 years of experience offering a variety of services in the areas of business development, marketing, and public relations. Most recently she worked in the aviation practice of one of the world’s largest design firms, with nearly 18,000 employees across the globe. Her responsibilities included:

Participation in the development and implementation of strategic and/or operational plans for the business unit.

Input to senior leadership regarding opportunities, political/legislative developments, competitors, key client trends, funding, marketing/branding, and other associated elements affecting the business unit’s success.

Identify, track, and manage key client opportunities, garner client and market intel, and assist in creating a competitive edge leading to numerous contract selections.

Assist senior leadership with sales and operational budgets.

Develop and maintain client service management plans.

Track, organize, and manage all pre-positioning activities for the business unit including regular updates and/or maintenance of project opportunities.

Responsible for all proposal and presentation activities for the business unit. Storyboard, craft themes, participate in red team reviews, and provide presentation critiques.

Implement and track national and regional advertising opportunities for the business unit including adherence to new corporate standards, discern appropriate publications, and develop and manage related budgets.

Actively promote competition for project awards, resulting in numerous award-winning submission entries.
